Can I put my account on hold?
As a beauty industry professional, you can deactivate your account by going to your account settings and selecting "Deactivate Account." This does not delete your account, it will hide your contact information from applications until you reactivate.
Does my account expire?
No, your account does not expire.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to your account settings and selecting "Delete Account." If you are a business owner, you will need to reach out to support to delete your account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
