For the past 25 years, I have owned and operated my own salon. Through that experience, I've seen firsthand how challenging it can be to find the right people to join a team. There has never been a centralized place for salon owners and other creative service providers to connect with professionals seeking opportunities. After struggling with this myself, I realized our industry has been missing this crucial resource for years. That's why I decided to create a dedicated platform for posting jobs, designed to help owners and professionals across all these creative industries find the perfect match to strengthen their business.
